Job Responsibilities

As Service Manager at O'Learys Karlstad, you will be the team's contact person during service and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed. You are responsible for creating smooth daily workflows, ensuring the team works efficiently, and that our service and quality standards are always upheld. You lead, coach, and support the service team during service, delegate tasks, and ensure that all routines are followed. At the same time, you make sure that food and drinks are served professionally and that the guest is always the focus. You handle feedback from both guests and colleagues in a positive and professional manner and actively contribute to a good work environment with high-quality service.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with experience in restaurants, bars, or service roles, preferably with previous leadership experience. You are positive, communicative, and naturally take responsibility. We see that you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make quick decisions when needed while being flexible and attentive to both guests and colleagues. Your passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences is crucial for success in this role. You must speak and write fluent Swedish and be at least 18 years old.
